The free trial costs nothing and needs no card, so there’s nothing to refund.
Paid plans
If you’re not happy with a paid plan, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment or of any monthly renewal. Email hello@replyporch.com or call (601) 688-4081, or use the link in your Paddle receipt.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and Paddle handles returns and refunds. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Paddle’s Refund Policy also applies, including any statutory withdrawal rights you have where you live (for example in the EU or UK).
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
