Who we are
ReplyPorch (replyporch.com) is a software service operated by Bobby Clay, an individual sole proprietor in Lumberton, Texas, trading as ReplyPorch. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean ReplyPorch, and “you” means the person or business using the service. Contact: hello@replyporch.com or call (601) 688-4081.
The service
ReplyPorch helps businesses write replies to their Google reviews. You paste in reviews (or, where available, connect a Google Business Profile), and ReplyPorch drafts replies in the brand voice you set. You are responsible for reading each reply and deciding whether to post it. Drafted replies can contain mistakes, so please check them before posting. ReplyPorch is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Accounts
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. Keep access to that email secure. You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for any business you reply on behalf of.
Plans and payment
Without an account, the free reply generator writes up to 3 replies per visitor. A new account includes a free 7-day trial with Starter limits; no card is needed and nothing is charged when it ends. After the trial, writing replies requires a paid plan, shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay. Paid plans described as unlimited are subject to fair use: Starter includes 1,000 AI-written replies per calendar month and Pro 3,000. Beyond that, replies continue to be generated from our built-in templates until the next month. We may also limit use that looks automated or abusive.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a paid plan at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use ReplyPorch to post false, misleading, harassing or unlawful content.
- Don’t put customers’ private information (such as health, legal or financial details) in public replies.
- Don’t use the service to write or solicit fake reviews, or in any way that breaks Google’s policies.
- Don’t try to break, overload, or get around the limits of the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of the reviews you paste and the replies you post. You give us permission to process that content only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The ReplyPorch website, including its text, design, graphics, templates and code, is owned by ReplyPorch and protected by copyright. Don’t copy, scrape, reproduce or republish it without our written permission. This doesn’t cover the replies you generate for your own business, which are yours to use.
No warranty and limits of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we don’t guarantee it will be error-free or always available, or that any reply will produce a particular result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we’ll update the date above and, for paid customers, let you know by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, except where the law of your country says otherwise.
